A Mother's Day Card with Pion and Gummiapan | By Nancy

Hello, friends! It's Nancy back today with a new project share!
I know that some countries have already celebrated Mother's Day this year. However, some will still be celebrating the event in May. I have created a Mother's Day card with this in mind. This pretty card came together very easily with the use of some beautiful Pion Design papers, and Gummiapan dies.

I created the card base from pale pink cardstock. Then I used the Gummiapan Old Papers Die to cut some papers from the Pion Design Easter Greetings Collection and layer them on the front of the card. The lovely image is from a sheet of beautiful images called Family Moments, from the Pion Design - From Grandma's Attic Collection.

I also decorated the inside of the card. The sentiment was cut from the Pion Design - Images from the Past - For Mother Sheet.

To finish the card off...I fussy cut the butterflies from the paper collection, and I added a pretty multi-looped bow. Finally, I added Diamond Stickles to everything, including the flowers on the image.

Fixer Upper Edwin

Hi!
Tamara here with you. I made a masculine card using Fixer Upper Edwin from Magnolia's new release called Fixer Upper. I coloured the image using Distress ink pads on Langton 300g HP watercolour paper.

Papers used are from the latest Pion's release called The World Awaits. It's an awesome collection. Papers are very masculine and perfect for making man related cards.

Dies used on this card are also new. I used:
Wood Tag & Saw
Painting Brush, Hardware & Hammer dies

Sentiment "You nailed it" is also from the new release.

That's it from me today. Have fun!
Hugs, t.

Wallet mini-album using Pion Design & Laserowe | by Anna Sigga
Hello crafty people, it's Anna Sigga here today and I have a wallet mini-album to share with you all.

The papers I used are the new Pion Desing The World Awaits collection and one of the ever so pretty die-cuts from Laserowe.

I used brown cardstock to create my mini-album and covered each and every flap with the patterned papers. To create an even more vintage feel to the mini-album inked all of the edges with brown ink.

I didn't want to cover the chipboard too much so I used my Tim Holtz Distress ink to lightly coloured the images before adhering them to the cover of the mini.

Thanks for stopping by today and if you are looking for more inspiration from me you can check out my YouTube channel and of course my blog: Scrappalicious.

One for the Boys | By Liz Marsden

Hi guys, last week I needed to make a card for a 16 year old boy, well what do you do for that you may be wondering? So I put my thinking cap on and made a box card, he thought it was cool so I think he liked it!! lol

All the elements used for the card came from Swedish House Crafts using some of the fabulous papers by Maja Design and lots of dies from there too. I made the main base of the box using the Monochrome card in Charcoal, this went fabulously with the Maja Design papers from the Celebration range (this goes to show they don't have to be used just for ladies creations).

After cutting down the paper to fit the sides and folded flaps I then started to fill in the middle sections of the box. I used the same paper range for the balloons and the monochrome card for the stars streamers and a couple of candles. The great stars were made using the Doo-Hickey die - Celebration stars, these have solid stars and an outline of one so I mixed and matched these in both design and colour. The candles are a die by Gummiapan and the streamers die was from a previous Doo hickey box volume 14.

As you can see I added my die cuts on pieces of acetate, fixing some to pieces of foam for added depth too. At the back I used one of the strips from the bottom of the papers as a banner.

On the front I did the same thing with another of the strips from the paper. Then I added a die cut using some of the number dies by Gummiapan, as well as one of the stars from the Doo Hickey die.

Here for his name I used the cute Alphabet dies again by Gummiapan.  This shows the stars fixed together, I achieved this by using both the inner and outer stars, just cutting out the shapes using two sides of the monochrome paper and putting them together.

I finished off the other side with a die cut cake, again from the Doo Hickey Box volume 14 and one of the stars which I raised up with a foam pad.

I hope you like my box/card, why not have a go, and if you do show us on our face book page too.

Happy Crafting!!!

The Lovers in Paris

Hello
I used a chipboard  "under the umbrella" to realize my card, you saw the wonderful collection that Suha added in the shop. They are all beautiful.

I realized the background with distress inks, I tried to make an impression of rain ,and and I embossed the chipboard to give it an aged look.

I used the dies  "Gummipan " to cut out in the paper Maja to create flowers

I wish you a pleasant day

hugs

Live Love Laugh

Hi everyone I'm here today using one of the new Magnolia stamps from the Sunbeam Collection along with an older Magnolia background stamp from my stash.

I've used a Magnolia Tag die & added words on it from Gummiapan, Live, Laugh.......I've stamped them with Versafine black ink & stamped onto Maja Design Monochrome 'Muted Fuchsia', cut them out & then attached to the tags.

For the 'Love' part of the Gummiapan text stamp I stamped it onto Maja Design Celebration 'The Table Is Set' & cut it out using Gummiapan Stitched Banners Thinner dies. I cut out the 2 lowest sizes & used the same paper just the larger one is the reverse side.

To create the scene I have used 2 Magnolia stamps, Sunbeam Tilda from the latest Sunbeam Collection & Barbed Wire from the Summer Memories collection I think. Suha has the mini version of this background stamp in her store.
I used my Tim Holtz Stamping Platform which makes masking images together a breeze. I then coloured them with distress ink refills.

I also added 2 chipboard wood fences either side of the image. These I painted white with some white paint from my stash. I also added a few small flowers from my stash.
The leaves were all cut with Magnolia Dies.

The main paper used on the card is Maja Design Celebration, I've used 12x12 sheets 'The Table Is Set' & 'To The Party' reverse side. I've also machine stitched all the edges as always & decorated inside to match the front.
I cut out the image using Gummiapan Stitched Rectangles Dies & then attached that to Maja Design Monochrome Muted Fuchsia cut out using Gummiapan Rectangle Postage dies.

Flowers, lace & doily are from my stash.

Thank you so much for stopping by & hope you have a wonderful weekend.
Lotsa hugs Vicky xxx

Celebrate Memories At Eighty | By Donna

Hello, everyone!
Donna here with a shaped card featuring one of the gorgeous images from Maja Design Sofiero Ephemera. There are eight large images, and six small images on the 12" x 12" sheet. All of them are stunning.

Links to the products are in text, and can be found at the end of my post.

For the base of my card I used GoKreate large frame frilly #5. I used the new Gummiapan pierced scalloped circle nesting dies at the top and sides of the card to make the card a different shape.
Everything has been die cut from the Maja Design Celebration papers. The pretty lace is from my stash!

I die cut the image using Gummiapan nesting stitched rectangles, and matted the image onto a larger stitched rectangle using 3D foam tape. I added sparkle to the bow on the hat using glamour dust from my stash!

I die cut Magnolia Doohickey so wrapped lovely heart, and positioned it behind the cake. I used Gummiapan story cake with glasing die to cut and layer the pieces. This has to be my favourite Gummiapan die. It is so versatile and can be used for any occasion. You'll be seeing more of this gorgeous die on my cards in the future. I die cut the number 80 using the Gummiapan anniversary numbers set. Numbers that are included in the set are 10, 15 , 20, 25, 30, 40, 50 60, 70, 80, and 90.

The flowers and green artificial moss are from my stash!

Inside the card is decorated to complement the front.
