Happy Easter Mini Album with Gummiapan and Pion Design | By Nancy

Hello, friends! It's Nancy here today with a special Easter themed Mini Album. I've created this pretty album using wonderful products from Swedish House Crafts. Since there are so many pages, and so many photos to share, I have created a video slideshow for you. First though, I will show you just a couple of detailed close-up photos.

As you can see in the photo above, the base of the pages are made from a variety of pastel coloured cardstock. All the rest of the paper comes from the beautiful Pion Design - Easter Greetings Collection. This collection is currently on sale in the shop for an incredible price! Quantities are limited though, so you may want to grab them fast! Here is a close-up of the front cover:

I did some fussy cutting and die-cutting. Then I added little bits of sparkle to everything with Diamond Stickles. Can  you see the shimmer? In the photo below is another fussy cut butterfly.
I added it to the centre of the pretty floral wreath tag. Again, I added Stickles to everything.

In this photo you can see where I used the lovely Gummiapan Little Flower Die. I cut two of them and layered them up with a brad, before adhering them in place. You'll see these flowers throughout the album, along with more of the butterflies, and other pretty elements from the collection.

Just a few more notes about my album. The album cover is a Zutter Cover-all. The pages all measure 6" x 6".  I used my Bind-it-all to bind all the pages together. You could easily create the same album but bind it with rings or ribbons. All of the tags, journal cards, and die-cut pieces were lightly inked with Espresso Truffle Memento Ink. Also, the same two die sets were used repeatedly throughout the album. The Gummiapan Old Paper Dies, and Gummiapan Square Postage Stamp Dies. If you look closely you will see that the Stickles has been added to the pretty flowers on most pages. You can never have too much sparkle!

Okay...enough typing...here is the video slideshow:

I hope you enjoyed my Easter Mini Album. If you would like to see more photos, I will have them at this direct link to my personal blog The Nickel Nook.

TUTORIAL Gummiapan Stamp - L. Fairytale | By Sabrina

Hello, like every second Friday of the month, here I am to keep you company with a new project and a new video tutorial!
Today I show you how I coloured the wonderful Gummiapan Stamp - L. Fairytale

For Gummiapan Stamp - L. Fairytale I chose to colour with Tombows. This is a wonderful stamp with an absolutely perfect stamped image. It is possible to colour it inmany ways and can be used in many projects! I have chosen to give her half sleeves on her arms, helped by the band around her arm. It allows me to create her half sleeve; but made with the sleeveless top ... precise to show how we can give a thousand interpretations to the stamps!

I created the background of my card using the stamps Gummiapan Stamp - Butterfly Papilio - large and Gummiapan Stamp - Text Love is Patient and I have distressed edges. I used an embossing pad, a stencil and embossing powder to create the stains. Finally I assembled the card.

Products used I and, at the bottom, you can find the video tutorial.

Magnolia Sunbeam Bunny Easel Card | By Donna

Hello, everyone!
Donna here on Swedish House Crafts blog today with another card featuring one of the new Magnolia bunny stamps from the Sunbeam 2018 collection. There are two bunnies in the pack. I chose to use the larger bunny.

Links to the products are in text, and can be found at the end of my post. Look out too for a special offer code from me.

To make my easel card, I used the new Gummiapan pierced scalloped circle nesting dies. I love them! Everything has been die cut from the Pion Design Where the Roses Grow papers.

The pennant banner has been cut using Doohickey kit vol 12. I die cut the banner first to use as a base, and then I individually die cut the banner again using several different design papers. I did this six times. I cut a flag from each of the banners, and adhered each one on top of the banner base.

Here you can see the base of my card. I stamped the sentiment onto one of the smaller of a Gummiapan stitched rectangle die, and stitched around the edges with some pink embroidery thread. I adhered the pearl flower trim onto a strip of one of the Pion Design borders. The butterflies are also included on the sheet of borders.  The sentiment, lace, pearl flower trim, diamante heart, and 3mm pink pearls are from my stash!

I die cut the smallest scalloped circle and stamped the bunny onto the centre. I coloured the image with Polychromos pencils. I used Gummiapan Stockholm postmark to stamp around the image. Then I stitched around the inside with pink embroidery thread. The piercings are already there, which makes stitching by hand so easy.

I tucked Doohickey so wrapped lovely, and Gummiapan hen net between the layered scalloped circles. Then I die cut Gummiapan little card, and envelope and embellished the front with theGummiapan button heart die. I tied a piece of twine through the eyelets.

The flowers are from my stash and the leaves are cut from a leaf die included in Doohickey vol 16.
Sadly due the kits being limited edition, vol 14, and 16 are no longer available, but you are able to pre order vols 19 and 20 in store. You will also be entitled to 5% off using code

Set of Pion Design Notebooks | by Anna Sigga

Hi there fellow crafters.

Like most of you I have a nice selection of leftover patterned papers from previous projects and since I don't like throwing pretty things away, I often use those leftovers to create smaller projects.

I created these notebooks from those supplies and printer paper. These little gifts are really handy when I am invited to dinner or a small dinner-party and I want to give the hostess a lil gift.

These notebooks are also handy when my girls are invited to a birthday party. I often give these small handmade gifts along with pens and other smaller pretties.

Thanks for stopping by today and if you are looking for more inspiration from me you can check out my YouTube channel and of course my blog: Scrappalicious.

Get Well Tilda | By Liz

Hi guys, it's my turn today to show a little inspiration for Swedish House Crafts
I thought there has been so many colds and flu knocking around and still is, that I wanted to make a easel style drawer card so you can add some tissues, lip balm and flu type medicine in the drawer.

I made my drawer section first then added some of the gorgeous new Maja Design paper from the Celebration collection. These are beautiful papers and as always with Maja Design they distress beautifully.

I Love! love!! love!!! this Get well Tilda with Bunny Slippers stamp by Magnolia. She is coloured with distress re-inkers and I added a hint of glitter to the edges of her pillow.

Using the stitched ovals die for the image and the scalloped ovals die behind it by Gummiapan, I made my focal point. On the edges I stamped the Stockholm text stamp using first and second generation stamping.

I added the Get Well Soon text by Magnolia  (this comes with a Tilda stamp too, all links are below). Using one of the stitched banner dies by Gummiapan to cut it out. All these Gummiapan dies tie in so well together.

I got this adorable antique luxury ornament embellishment from SHC too, which I used as a little added interest to the card part of my drawer box creation. Do check these out - they are fabulous and really good value too.

The hearts used on the bottle came from the adorable pill packet again by Magnolia. I die cut the die out twice, once in the Monochrome Lavender Rose and once in the Pearl. Then I added the Lavender Rose hearts into the spaces of the Pearl one. I of course used some of the pearl hearts on the bottle above, but you could just use them on the Lavender Rose heart pill packet too,

The flowers and lace are from my stash apart from the rose buds which are from Swedish house crafts.

To keep in the with the theme I used a larger stitched banner die with the Under the weather text stamp (again this comes with a Tilda stamp). I stamped it using my Tim Holtz stamping platform and a memento rich Cocoa stamp pad.

Did you notice the fabulous handle I used on the drawer section? These are brill as they have a brad style fastener behind. So I simply made a hole in my paper, and then undid the prongs on the back before gluing my paper in place, ta da!!!

Happy Crafting!!!!

Let's Celebrate- Gummiapan Unicorn Shaker Card | By Katie

Hi all,

I am back with a shaker card made using Roxstamps and Gummiapan products available at Swedish House Crafts.

Start off by applying a stencil to a blank card and then spray with mist sprays.

Create the shaker box by using the largest square from square nesting dies and place the smallest size  inside the largest one and fix in place with tape. Cut out one frame from card and one from foam.

Take out the small square and then cut out a base from pattered paper and one from acetate. Add foam tape round the foam frame and adhere to the base.

Fill the box with beads, sequins and mini buttons and then glue the acetate over the top. Finish by gluing the card frame over the top and leave to dry.

Stamp out the unicorn and colour with marker pens and then cut out. Dye some cheese cloth pink and glue it to the edge of the shaker box and then glue the unicorn down.

Cut out a small Stitched Banner from card and spray over with mist spray. Then stamp the mini sentiments over the top and add to the card.
